CNC MILLED PARTS

Michigan CNC Tool can machine a variety of parts with 3 and 4 axis capability with a machining envelope as large as

60" x 30" x 30". Parts can be machined from castings, ferrous and nonferrous materials, high speed steel super alloys and plastic.

Michigan CNC Tool Inc built a 3 acre, 12,000 square ft. state of the art facility which we occupied in Fall of 2015. This expansion will help us meet our customers' growing needs and is evidence of our sound financial structure. Our success is based on striving to respond to our customers' needs in a cost effective and timely basis in an effort to achieve customer satisfaction.

COMPUTER BASED PROGRAMS

We continually monitor our performance through the use of leading edge technology. Michigan CNC Tool utilizes the Real trac software system. This system follows an order through order entry, routing, job costing and creation of management reports.
